Roberto Proaño Oliva, known as Tito Proaño, has been active as a singer-producer since 2000. His talent and motivation led him to form the International Orchestra, sponsored by Vision Mundial. The orchestra has played in Europe, Asia, Africa and North America, with Proaño as the keyboardist and chorus singer.

Proaño studied jazz in New York under the tutelage of Pepe "Bird" Santana. With this training and his involvement with Verde 70, a famous Ecuadorian rock group, Tito has molded a unique soft-rock sound which he carries to his new solo career.
