Certificate from the religious organization where the applicant works in Ecuador, explaining why a foreign person is required and a brief description of the job that will be assigned in Ecuador.
A copy of the decree in which the Ecuadorian Government authorizes the organization or foundation to work in the country.
A copy of the rules of the organization.
A copy of the document that indicates the invitation by the legal representative of the organization in Ecuador.

Cultural Exchange
Application from the Ecuadorian authority that is sponsoring the visit of the student.
Copy of the agreement under which the program is carried out.
Professors should sign a contract that indicates that they are not receiving any type of funds for their work.
Valid : 1 year
Cost: $80.00
Tourism, business and other activities for more than 90 days and 180 days
Certificate of economic solvency to the satisfaction of the Consular Official (a letter from a bank detailing the monthly balance of the applicant or a personal guarantee from an Ecuadorian citizen or foreigner that resides in Ecuador in a notarized document or a certificate that indicates the economic income of the applicant or other document that proves that they possess sufficient funds during their stay in Ecuador).
Valid: 90-180 days
Cost: $50.00 except inhabitants of Spain, Paraguay, Denmark and Colombia.
