Malecón 2000
This waterfront park revives the relation between the city and its namesake the Río Guayas.

Guayaquil Historical Park
Located on the River Daule, this eight hectare park is surrounded by mangroves and other native tree species. The buildings are replicas of early 20th century Guayaquilean structures. The park is also rich in native flora and fauna.

Parque Forestal (Next to the Civic Center) - green areas surrounding a lake, cycling, walks

Parque Lago - aquatic sports

Parque Cerro Blanco - green areas, orchid and butterfly farm.


El Barranco (Río Tomebamba) - cycling, walks, picnic.


Jipiro Park
Jipiro Park is one of the principle attractions of the Southern Andes city of Loja. The park encompasses 10 hectares surrounded by the rivers Zamaro and Jipiro. Plenty of trails to meander and play area for kids.
