DAY
1. - We will leave Quito and take the Panamerica norte
highway, crossing the Guayllabamba Valley until arriving
Cayambe, where we will continue on a road only for
SUV (4x4) until the refuge, where we will spend the
night.
Lunch in Cayambe town and dinner at the refuge.
DAY 2. - We will depart the refuge at 01:00 am approximately
and we will go towards the summit, the one that we
will be reaching after 7 hours, average. From the
summit that is located close to the latitude 0, if
the day is clear we will be able to admire the immense
amazon region, as well as other mountains. Then we
will descend to the refuge and return to Quito.
