We leave the hotel in Quito at 5:00 am, we take the Panamericana Sur highway towards El Chaupi, then we go through "Bosque Encantado" into the area called the Virgen. Our transportation leave us at 3200mts, from here, we are going to hike for approximately 3 hours to the refuge. You will take a rest for 30 minutes and then we will continue toward the summit. There we have the opportunity to admire the mountains that are around us. Finally, we will hike down where our transportation will be waiting to bring us back to Quito.
