Disclaimer and Refund Policy

• In case of cancellations of tours, the refund policy is the following:

Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to departure, a 100% refund of the total cost of the package will be given to you.

Cancellations made between 89 - 60 days prior to departure, a fee of USD $60 per pax will be charged

Cancellations made between 59 - 30 days prior to departure, a 50% refund of the total cost of the package will be given to you.

Cancellations made less than 29 days prior to departure will result in a forfeiture of the total cost of the trip. A GoEcuador.com travel coupon will be issued for your use at another time. The value of the coupon is at the discretion of GoEcuador.com.

• The services include only those that are specifically delineated in each tour program.

• GoEcuador.com SA. and its associated travel agents are not responsible for personal injury or property damage that results from the negligence of individuals or other tour operators that are not affiliated with GoEcuador.com SA during the course of the tours.

• GoEcuador.com Inc. and its associated travel agents cannot be held responsible for personal damages or inconveniences caused by delays or cancellations in airline arrivals or departures or delays or cancellations in ground transportation. Similarly GoEcuador.com and its associated travel agents cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of personal property resulting from the above mentioned cancellations or delays unless it's due to negligence on the part of GoEcuador.com SA.

• GoEcuador.com SA and its associated travel agents reserve the right to cancel a program or service and to make changes in itineraries as a result of unforeseen circumstances.

• By booking a tour with GoEcuador.com SA you implicitly agree to this contract.
