Recommended
time of the year and costs:
In the mountains, flights are optimal all year except
in the months of July and August when the winds are too
strong. The recommended months are October to March. On
the Coast, you can fly all year long and the recommended
months are from May to December.
Costs range from $15.00 to $20.00 for one time and $200
for a certification course of six days. We recommend contacting
the School of Parapenting and Adventure FLYECUADOR for
courses, it is a certified center that counts on the best
equipment and facilities for tourists.

Appropriate clothing for the flight (comfortable and safe)

Recommendations
Choose a type of place for flying known by some national
organisms with prestige or recommended by tour operators.
If you do not know the flight zone, get advice from some
instructor or recognized school.
Always use the appropriate equipment without leaving out
the elements of security.
The flight should be programmed with time in order to
know the state of the weather.
Always fly with someone.
Always be clear about the sites for emergency landing.
Always know which are the emergency rescue frequencies
of the zone.
