Hacienda San Luis is located in the valley of Mt. Cayambe one hour north of Quito and 30 minutes south of Otavalo.

From Quito take the Pan-Americana Highway north. In Guayllabamba, follow signs for Tabacundo (left at the circle). In Tabacundo, take the Cajas-Otavalo fork (also left). The entrance to the hacienda is approximately 4 kilometers on the right.

From Otavalo, go south on the Pan-Americana highway. At the Cajas police control take the right fork towards Tabacundo. The entrance to San Luis is approximately 7 kilometers on the left.
